Hello friends of 3speak, Hello SkateHive Community! I was so looking forward to a skate session. Today I can skate for 3 hours and it was a lot of fun to test my new maple board from Black Sheep. I wasn't going out for a few days and it was driving me crazy. I've unleashed my energies. I'm renewed and feeling my foot hurt hahaha! but much better mentally! I shoot my tricks with a mobile support, edited the video in imovie, and made the thumb on the canvas. The music in the video is also mine. You know how to listen to it completely on soundcloud or Audius.

I know that I almost always miss the community for many days but it's not because I want to. The reason is that I have to work and sometimes I don't have the time to skate. This time I was able to go to the park and David was able to record this fun session for me. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Back to the routines, I have been some time away from the videos, I needed a break because I really felt I had no more ideas, even so I must clarify that I continued with the weight training at the gym, I have been very consistent with it, I do not fail almost no day in the week, although in terms of cardio could be much better, in fact these last days of the month is more than necessary this type of training because I am preparing for a walk of more than 80 kilometers, but I'll tell you about it.

In this new week of the Hive Open Mic I confess that it was hard for me to associate the theme (prejudice) with any specific piece of music but suddenly I thought that many times we question so many things that happen to us and we complain without being able to see a little further and think that after any storm always has to come the calm.

I have chosen this song because this week was the theme of prejudice and many people have prejudices about heavy rock (and extreme metal) and those of us who listen to this style of music, sometimes they even call it noise and it is really difficult and complex to play, I attach each track separately to show how difficult it was to make this video. In the same way, my lyrics, sung in guttural (something also quite difficult to perform), deal with the topic of prejudice worldwide.

Chess is an excellent game of logic that contributes to develop skills such as: logical thinking, strategy, concentration and visual memory.
