Community acquired pneumonia when detected early can be well treated with the appropriate antibiotics within a short time. But in severe cases when sepsis and respiratory distress have set in, the mortality rate is indeed very high.

We have to continue the awareness to let people know the importance of early treatment as well as appropriate vaccination where necessary.
