You wait patiently along the treeline for the perfect time to strike. My father remained inside his castle, and that is when you arrived. You had only a few moments to do whatever you wanted to do in his castle. You raided his bedroom, but all that was there was a few pieces of gold. You thought about robbing the rest of the castle and raiding his treasury, but you don't have time for that. You noticed my father's prized archery set. It was a beautiful piece of work, but you were not going to take that with you. Instead, you took one of the arrows and your trusty bow. You waited at the treeline until darkness came. You could not wait any longer.
You entered the front gate of the castle and made your way inside. The corridors were dark, but you could see well enough in the dark. You could recall a servant's entrance that leads outside. You calmly made your way downstairs. In the grand dining hall, you found a dark green door. It looked just like the one that you remembered. You opened it and began to travel the corridors one last time. The guards stationed outside the dining hall began to follow you, and the castle's alarm was sounded. It was too late.
The guards were slow and overweight. You were able to easily run past them. When you reached the stables, you found the guards waiting there. You were trying to make it to the east gate where you would escape in boats into the sea, but the place was crawling with guards. You were trapped. You heard faint sounds coming from the dining hall, but you decided to ignore them. You continued on. When you were in the foyer of the castle, you saw two wooden doors and a massive stone door. You decided to enter the smaller door; perhaps it was an entry to the gardens.
What you didn't expect was the private quarters of Lord Gahan. It was a beautiful room that was decorated with gold and even a small portrait of himself. You chose to go through the room. The door on the left lead to a small storage and storage room. The door on the right led to the private quarters. You noticed a staircase and heard faint footsteps coming from that staircase. You hid in the darkness as a guard emerged through the door. He was not as overweight as the others, but his armor indicated a higher rank. He walked calmly into the foyer.
You moved to the right until you were in shadow. The guard exited the foyer, and you made your way to the foyer. You could see the two wooden doors from before. One led to the garden and the other to a room with a fireplace and a few chairs. You decided to go for the room with the fireplace. The guard began to walk towards you, but you easily outran him.
After walking for almost thirty minutes, you realized that it was dark. The guards had long given up trying to pursue you, and the palace was too great a place to keep an eye out for you. You quickly made your way to the knight's quarters. The knight's quarters were too simple, and you couldn't remember the lock to get in. After having a few anxious moments, you remembered you had come this way before. Sure enough, the storage room was in front of you and the door next to it that led to the knight's quarters was open. Walking up the stairs, you found the small storage and storage room. You chose to go left, but the shaking of the castle suddenly began a loud alarm. The guards were tiring out, but you chose to continue running. You finally reached the safety of the convent.
You spent the night in an abandoned building, and by morning, you made your way through a small forest to the docks. You bought a small fishing boat and sailed out to sea.
You will never forget the proud look on your lord's face as you entered the hall. You were now the man of the castle. You had become a nobleman and a knight. You were now a second son of a nobleman. However, your father was still a disappointment. He sent you off to war, thinking that you would learn to kill enemies. Instead, you learned to survive and to try to help others. You learned to put your trust in others, but you still became a great archer. You possess my father's archery set, but it has changed. You have a range of magnificent bows, but yours is still special: it is enchanted with the ability to shoot arrows at your enemies.
You were happily married to a beautiful woman. The two of you had two wonderful boys. Your sons will not have to worry about working low class jobs. They will inherit the fortunes of the kingdom, and they will become leaders of men.
