Today's 72 mana battle was very interesting and especially if we look at its rules they were very special which was important to understand. Remember that in any battle for winning it is necessary for you to understand the rules well and along with that select your monsters correctly and bring your monsters into the battle field under a specific strategy and plan.
50% of winning any battle is in understanding the rule set correctly especially if three modifiers come then you have to be very careful and where there are restrictions make your plan accordingly and where you are given an advantage then you will give more preference to those monsters.
Today's high mana battle was very interesting where I got the best opportunity to select monsters because in a high mana battle the choice of monster selection is much higher and you can easily select and position them properly according to the rule set.
Before I tell you about the battle and strategy it is important to understand these rule sets well and according to them I will share my strategy and battle plan.
The first rule set is Tis But scratches. This is a rule set where all units whether they are allied units or enemy units all of them get the Cripple ability.
Now what happens in Cripple is that after every successful attack -1 health is reduced. For example I have any monster and it attacks and after a successful attack meaning the attack does not miss or dodge then the health of that same monster meaning my monster is reduced by minus one.
One thing you should also keep in mind is what removes the effect of the Cripple ability. Any monster that also has the Immunity ability so it is better that you give preference to a monster with the Immunity ability in this battle so that the Cripple ability and its effect can be removed.
Keeping this rule set in mind it is better to plan this strategy that first of all you will give preference to monsters with Immunity ability after that you should try to select monsters with high health and high armor because after every successful attack your health has to continuously decrease which keeps making the unit weaker after every round.
The second special rule set is Outsider and in this you are only allowed to summon one Wild unit. Apart from this you cannot select any other Wild unit.
So according to this rule set you should select from your Wild units the monster that has high health high armor and a heavy striker because as much as possible according to this rule set summon your best Wild unit and make a good grip in this battle.
Heal Out is the third rule set and in this all units and Archons will lose their abilities which restore health. For example any healer whether it is from a normal unit or from an Archon has no benefit in the battle according to this rule set because healing is removed.
So keeping this rule set in mind it is important to understand that instead of focusing on healer monsters you should focus on monsters with high health.
So after understanding these three rule sets what strategy did I adopt? I selected my Archon monster which has the plus one health ability. Because of this all of my units will get plus one health at the beginning of the first round of the battle.
The health of all the monsters will increase because to survive the Cripple ability rule set one of the best options is to select monsters with high health.
After that I selected three strong melee tank monsters in the front line which had good health and also good strikers and in the mid to back position I kept a mixed combination of ranged and magic attackers so that they could stay in the back line and continue attacking.
Keeping these rule sets in mind I made sure that all the units should have good health so that they could survive the Cripple rule set for a long time.
As soon as the battle started and I saw the enemy units I felt quite relaxed because in this battle my team was quite strong and this was going to be a one sided battle.
At the beginning of the battle as I had adopted the strategy my front line monsters continuously absorbed damage and because of the continuous hits from my back line monsters two enemy units were eliminated.
In round two the enemy units made an excellent comeback where my front line monsters were eliminated. And similarly in round three my team's grip became strong again and all the enemy units from the front line to the mid position were destroyed while all my units except the front line remained alive.
And in the end it became a one versus five battle where I destroyed all the monsters of the enemy units and I got an excellent victory in this battle.
This was a one sided battle and the main reason for this was understanding the rule set correctly and selecting the monsters accordingly.
In this battle I would call my front line monster my favorite monster because due to continuously absorbing damage it helped me win this battle.
What would your strategy be in this type of rule set and which monsters would you give more preference to? Will be glad to see your answers in the comment section.
