I love Malaysia and its people and its food. It's dubbed a food heaven. The food collection here is amazing and tasty. You could have sour and sweet taste in one dish. The use of coconut makes their food delicious. It's refreshing. Actually, it's hard to describe. I recommend that you come and taste the food in Malaysia.

I like to write about food and my PhD journey. They don't seem related, but I got through my PhD, partially, with help of Malaysian's food. For instance, after a long day reading, writing, discussing, and thinking, having a coconut shake really makes my day. The taste takes me to a different universe. Specially the first sip, since it's a new taste in my mouth. I'll explain more about this relationship in more details later in my posts.
Other than that, I would like to share my experience in Malaysia (academic or food related) to help others. I know PhD is a hard journey. Sometimes up, sometimes down. I think that PhD itself is a life, inside someone's life. It's life in life, if it makes sense.
Please let me know if you have a any question :-)
