All this negative, immoral, and inhumane attitude and activities are incredibly increasing just because most people find it difficult providing food for thier home due to high levels and the increased rate of unemployment across the globe especially in Africa.
The levels of unemployment keeps growing as the day goes by just because, most people fail to see and make good use of the Little business and job opportunities resting right beneath their feet and perceive and wishes for job opportunities and employment into big and huge companies.
Most people have the aim and ambitions to becoming rich and wealthy just within their first trimester of working, and for this reason, they will never settle for lesser job
opportunity and are also acquiring jobs that are known to pay large salaries accompanied with large allowances. They fail to understand and accept this popular quote; "droplets of water makes a mighty ocean."

The government will first have to ensure that the educational system is not only book and theory oriented but should be practicalized in fields that will help the students acquire knowledge which after graduating, the students themselves would be able to build for themselves a living, creat for themselves a job to reduce the dependency on the public jobs.
The government should encourage industrialization either by the government setting up public industries or providing able people within the country with a permit to set up private industries to create job opportunities for individuals within the community. This industry will help produce goods and services for members of the country.
The government should set up individuals' bodies who will be responsible for regulating and removing people who have worked for more than the required years in the public sector and replace them with able qualified employees. Most people are supposed to be on pension, but they are still working, and those required to work are still at homes, not given the opportunity to do so.
Each and every individual should make it a point to learn a skill 馃憣 or a trade. People with skill or trade such as carpentry, building contractors, welding, and all other skilled labour's do not complain of unemployment. Because they always have work to do. The only people who do so are the so-called educated degree holders. Having a skill in addition to educational certificates is a plus. It makes your work easier and you can brand your products more easily. After acquiring our skill or trade of interest, we should not sit, but put it to good and profitable use even if you have employed the state.
The youth should engage in entrepreneurship. Creating your own business from scratch is not an easy one, but let not forget that one of the most popular businessmen is Ghana. He started his journey by selling newspapers. So where you start doesn't matter but where you end is the problem at hand. All you need to note in personal business creation is; ""do not touch your capital no matter what" and also know that, every profit you make is yours to keep or spend if you want to grow your business you don't spend all your profit, you keep some and reinvest with your capital by so doing the capital keeps growing and the business grows with it.
The government should make it a priority to direct the focus of the youth into agriculture. By making it look attractive and profitable. Agriculture can create and provide over millions of employment. The only effort the government needs to do is to redesign the agriculture sector to attract the youth and graduates into it.
Another way to reduce Unemployment on the side of the youth, it the strong and able young men to venture in lobourer services like providing assistance to contractors during thier days work and receiving payment at the end of the day. It is not a way to completely solve unemployment, but doing that will help one gather enough money to set up his own enterprise, beginning with something little and eventually growing to become big.
