Me gusta mucho la naturaleza, caminar, subir montañas, visitar ríos y cualquier lugar que tenga algo que ver o me conecte con la naturaleza, también me encanta ver películas y escuchar música, muy variada ya que comparto esta afición con mis hijos que tienen distintas edades y van desde los 25 a los 16 años.
I love nature, hiking, climbing mountains, visiting rivers and any place that has something to do or connects me with nature, I also love watching movies and listening to music, very varied since I share this hobby with my children who have different ages and range from 25 to 16 years old.
Tengo tres hijos la mayor se llama lady Fabiola mijares Alfonzo, tiene 25 años y actualmente está viviendo en la ciudad de santiago de Chile en Chile, ella comparte conmigo el gusto por las artes culinarias y es sous chef y tambien maestro pastelero, trabaja de manera independiente, es muy buena en su trabajo y le va muy bien. El del medio se llama Jaime Alejandro Mijares Alfonzo, tiene 20 años y desde pequeño fue diagnosticado con TGD, (trastorno generalizado del desarrollo), y bueno, con mucho esfuerzo y el apoyo de un maravilloso equipo entre psicólogos, psiquiatras, y terapistas ha logrado llevar una vida promedio y tiene una buena interacción con las personas de su entorno, gracias a esto ya culminó sus estudios de bachiller a tiempo en una institución regular y actualmente está cursando estudios de sous chef en una institución aquí en Venezuela, la más pequeña se llama Julia Valentina Mijares Alfonzo, tiene 16 años y está cursando el último año del bachillerato o estudios secundarios. Julia es una chica muy virtuosa, sencilla y un poco intranquila como la mayoría de las chicas de su edad. la otra integrante de la familia se llama snoopy es una perrita mestiza de tamaño pequeño que amamos y que más que nuestra mascota es una integrante de la familia y compañera fiel de Jaime, ya que lo acompaña a casi todas partes.
I have three children the oldest is called Lady Fabiola Mijares Alfonzo, she is 25 years old and is currently living in the city of Santiago de Chile in Chile, she shares with me the taste for the culinary arts and is a sous chef and also a master pastry chef, she works independently, she is very good at her job and she is doing very well. The one in the middle is called Jaime Alejandro Mijares Alfonzo, he is 20 years old and since he was a child he was diagnosed with PDD (pervasive developmental disorder), and well, with a lot of effort and the support of a wonderful team of psychologists, psychiatrists and therapists he has managed to lead an average life and has a good interaction with the people around him, Thanks to this she has already finished her high school studies on time in a regular institution and is currently studying sous chef in an institution here in Venezuela, the youngest is called Julia Valentina Mijares Alfonzo, she is 16 years old and is in her last year of high school or secondary studies. Julia is a very virtuous girl, simple and a little restless like most girls her age. The other member of the family is called Snoopy is a small mongrel dog that we love and that more than our pet is a member of the family and faithful companion of Jaime, as it accompanies him almost everywhere.
En la actualidad estoy cursando el 10mo semestre de educación mención artes plásticas en la Universidad de carabobo, ya que desde siempre me ha gustado todo lo que tiene que ver con el arte, considero que tanto el conocimiento como el desarrollo de cualquier actividad artística es fundamental en la evolución de todos como seres humanos y está entrelazado con el progreso de la cultura y las tradiciones de cada pueblo y en consecuencia de la humanidad en general.
At the present time I am studying the 10th semester of education mention plastic arts at the University of Carabobo, since I have always liked everything that has to do with art, I believe that both knowledge and the development of any artistic activity is fundamental in the evolution of all as human beings and is intertwined with the progress of culture and traditions of each people and consequently of humanity in general.
También recientemente ingrese a cursar estudios de chef pastelero en una institución aca en mi municipio, llamado centro de especialidades Bárbula. Desde muy pequeña me gustaba la repostería, de hecho mi mamá era una gran repostera, hacía tortas deliciosas y aunque nunca realizó esto de manera formal, como un trabajo, siempre la buscaban muchísimas personas para realizarles las tortas de cumpleaños. Esta es una de mis grandes pasiones y a lo que me dedico en estos momentos, y ya desde hace algunos años, por esto decidí profundizar más y estudiarlo de manera formal para tener conocimientos más sólidos, e ir mejorando cada dia, hago gran variedad de postres, tortas, galletas y otras cosas más que tienen que ver con la repostería.
I also recently entered to study pastry chef in an institution here in my town, called Bárbula center of specialties. Since I was a little girl I liked baking, in fact my mother was a great pastry chef, she made delicious cakes and although she never did this in a formal way, as a job, she was always sought by many people to make birthday cakes. This is one of my great passions and what I dedicate myself right now, and already for some years, so I decided to go deeper and study it in a formal way to have more solid knowledge, and improve every day, I make a variety of desserts, cakes, cookies and other things that have to do with baking.
Por todo esto quiero de manera muy humilde compartir esta gran pasión en esta maravillosa comunidad y que juntos realicemos postres deliciosos y muy variados, algunos ya consolidados y otros los profundizaremos juntos…
For all this I want to humbly share this great passion in this wonderful community and that together we make delicious and varied desserts, some already consolidated and others we will deepen together...
