The sweet river bridge is one of the beautiful constructions in Guatemala
and also has the attraction of the San Felipe castle which occupied it to defend against pirates.
Castile of San Felipe de Lara built in 1651 as a defense before the incursion of pirates in the Lake of Izabal.
