Hello,
so now all the globe is in the twenties. Like said last year, I try not to avoid resolutions. I try to build up to dos and targets.
If I say I want to eat healthy or to lose weight it is just a waste of time. I write something like, I want to eat broccoli twice a week. This is not a resolution, this is a target which can be measured. And the broccoli eating is one of my targets by the way.
Two fun targets that I can check every year is that I shall not do yoga and shall not become vegan/vegetarian. I put them in for fun as I reach them every year and I have never failed them.
I set 12 goals (10 to make me grow) and the two for fun and trace them on a weekly basis. This year I took some harder ones than last year. I think putting pressure to myself is the best thing to do. This is the way to grow and change my life and the life of others surrounding me.
Besides this 10 goals I set a list of 50 options which I take over the year. Last year Steem was on it as an option for me to quit it. This year I will still stick to Steem and will not put this option on.
Do you prepare your year? Do you set goals? What kind of goals do you set?
