Making a panneau

Recently I made a panneau for a salon, and recorded the process.

1. First, a drawing is made (pic 1), and a small model from generic plasticin (pic 2).

2. After the project has been approved by the client, we make a full-sized model from sculpturing plasticin.
   

3. Then we make a mold using the full-sized model. Using this mold, the details of the panneau are produced. They are then shipped from the workshop to the salon, where they are installed and painted. Here's the final product:

The materials used in the final product are gypsum, acrylic paint, and plaster.
