I see, but it's well known that telegram groups are full of scammers. I'm not trying to defend Atomic, I think having and instant messaging account is a bad idea for a company because you can't vet people who enter the group, but that being said, they do offer support in the form of email on their site. They also run a bunch of warnings on the telegram group telling people to answer to so-called admins that contact you and never reveal private keys or seed words. And they pretty much go off every couple of minutes.

I feel like it's a bit harsh calling the project a scam, they haven't scammed anyone in any way, it's just that there are people who abuse this bad decision of having a telegram account.

In my opinion Atomic should have refunded you, because it's on them you got scammed, but they are not a scam.
