My biggest problem with the app itself was interface issues. But I was asking about it in their Telegram group which seemed to be the only way to contact them. Without realising it I was DMd by someone who looked like an admin. I found out far too late that it was a scammer and I lost about $80NZD worth of Bitcoin.

As far as I'm concerned any company that offers support in such an insecure method isn't worth my time. And I suspect that those others that were complaining to you had similar happenings which would also have turned them off.
