We know very well what a huge advantage it has, but, to motivate you, I will tell you what are the main benefits of reading:
- Reading is something active, you use your brain, and in time, you will be smarter and you will improve your vocabulary;
- You find out new things
- Reading increases memory, studies show that if you do not use your memory and the ability to memorize it, it diminishes over time;
- Increases creativity. By reading and learning new ideas, you will be a more creative person
eliminate negative habits such as websurfing for hours without a specific purpose, and replace them with 30 minutes to read something that will really help you; - Allows you to see the big picture, have an overview of a problem, to figure out what can happen and how to act to get out the best from every situation;
- You have more topics to discuss and if a conversation shows a topic you've already read, you can share your knowledge with the people who attend that conversation( and you will be more popular :) );
- It allows you to see the world from multiple perspectives;
- Increase your self-confidence, reading more you become a smarter person and thus you have more confidence in yourself(knowledge is power);
I know, I said a few, but believe me, there are many more than those mentioned above, read, and do it daily, make a habit of this, include reading in your daily ritual!
