In these pictures, you can see a road laid out in the jungle, as if somewhere in Asia. A rainy day, dense green vegetation around, a variety of sounds from the forest — this can only be in warm countries.
So it is! Only this road (ER101) located in Portugal, in the western part of the island of Madeira, the greenest island I have ever seen in my life.
