Times have been tough for a while for a lot of people. I graduated college with a huge amount of debt, had a hard time getting a job and started going to garage sales to flip things on ebay to make a profit. This is going to be my second post of items I've bought and sold and made money on. Please upvote and resteem if this is something you want me to continue in the future.

I picked up an antique cake platter from the Long Beach Antique Market, a swap meet that happens once a month in Long Beach California. I bought it for $30 and sold it for $125 shipped about 8 Months later. It was a beautiful piece and I was very happy with the decent profit.

This antique vase I picked up at the Almeida Antique Fair in northern California. It was filthy and covered in dust, it looked like it had been sitting on a shelf for 50 years. It always amazes me why someone would go to sell things and not clean them up. This was one of a few times where I had almost an instant sell. I bought this item for $45 and sold it the same day for $135 on ebay. Hey that's almost an entire days work!
