Monomad - Aulacophora

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge

And this is my first post in black and white, I got to know this community from some friends I saw posting here. And I also saw posts from @monochromes as the contest curator here. He shared the rules for entering the contest.

On this occasion I will share a photo of a pumpkin beetle, or a short specification below.

Aulacophora is a genus of beetles in the family Chrysomelidae, commonly known as pumpkin beetles; some species are pests of agricultural crops. The genus was named in 1836 by the French entomologist Louis Alexandre Auguste Chevrolat, in Dejean's Catalogue des Coléoptères. The name, from Ancient Greek, signifies "furrow-bearer"' from aulax, "furrow".
