The 3rd day of #GetItShapeChallenge of Appics and Actifit was quite entertaining, I was playing with my children and dancing the song of the bird, they remember Surfin 'Bird, very sticky.
I was also chasing some Pokemon, I didn't think it would be so funny, here is a small sample of those captured. Surely burn some calories chasing them.
I complemented the physical activity with the walk and some exercises inside the house.
