They say that you do not have to stop while you go through the long road of your life, I do not believe it, we must continue is true, we should not stop or if we fall we should not stay on the floor, but we should stay a moment before continuing to meditate, to reflect on that stumble, take the good and the bad to add it to our experience, and then we continue the journey, but with an experience and a teaching to be prepared to what may be presented later in that long journey of the way of our lifetime.
