Start the day with positivism, if yesterday was not good for you, you went to bed with some concern, today is a new day, face whatever you have to face, the most important thing is to believe in you, the storm does not last a lifetime and always after it comes a radiant sun, I have learned to face problems with positivism, being negative makes the problem heavier.
