Wednesday is a day for walking.

I went for a walk after work today in a very bad mood. Today in the office opened my eyes to the fact that there is a lot of work ahead of me, but I thought before that I could relax a little and take a little breath. But I was wrong.
I decided that the walk should cheer me up. But it turned out to be an incident. I cut my hair yesterday and today my head was very uncomfortable from the wind. The wind blew under the hat, and earlier the hair did not allow it to penetrate deep. But my whole body was on the contrary hot.
My plans did not include going to the central city square, but on the way back my legs took me to this Square.
I saw that during my absence snow mountains had grown around the square. Utilities were lucky that almost all the first days of January were snow-free. But apparently, they have no plans to take the snow out of the city now, they are waiting for a heavy snowfall and then they will complain that because of this they do not have time to take the snow away. Damn, I couldn't park my car near the house today. The whole roadside turned into a snowdrift. If I put the car to this curb, then I will block traffic on the street.






Mayors of cities change, governors of the region change, and they all make beautiful speeches about the need to regularly clean the streets of the city and take snow to special sites outside the city limits. But winter comes and snowdrifts grow on our streets. Only at the beginning of spring, when the snow begins to melt and puddles form on the streets, utilities begin to destroy snowdrifts. And so it repeats every year. Public utilities receive money from the city budget, but the work is not being done.



No one bears any responsibility for the fact that the contract or contract is violated. Why is that? The city administration says there are no people willing to do this, if we punish the contractor, then next year there will be no willing ones. Maybe, little money is allocated or a lot is stolen.
