I recently visited the "Isola della Cona" located in the Isonzo's Nature Reserve in Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy).
In this ecosystem it is possible to admire the luxuriant flora,
with 650 species present and fauna with 323 poultry species. It is the ideal habitat for dozens of species of water birds such as herons, coots, mallards, teals, garganeys, ducks and seagulls.
A nice surprise is the presence of the white Camargue horses.
