Akaroa turned to be one of my favourite places for sunsets in New Zealand, and there are many!! I don't know if it was because I got a lucky day or because they have these beautiful sunsets very often. The truth is that while it was getting a bit cloudy and I thought there wasn't going to even be a sunset, the sun started to appear under those clouds to leave a trail of light reminding me at the Eye of Sauron! The fun part is that you have a whole side of the lake to walk around and play with the surrounding things, as I did in this picture.
