Nowadays, almost everybody has a mobile phone, and these every time come with better cameras. Although I still own prefer my Canon, it is also true that if the place you are is beautiful and you also have a good eye for photography, sometimes your phone could be enough. Obviously these pictures normally need a bit more editing than the ones taken by your camera, but it is always better to have it than miss the opportunity.
Here are just some examples of pictures taken by a phone, in this case my old One Plus One. You still get a decent quality if you choose the right places with the right light, and obviously if they place you are in is beautiful, it will be much easier!

When I woke up for sunrise and I saw the fog, the first thing I thought is that I wasn't going to be able to get a decent picture of it. But always try to see the bright side of things. I started to look around and found this marvellous picture of the train I was about to take.
Sometimes I try to find symmetry on things, and normally that is a good thing for photography. This temple Taiwanese temple was beautiful enough to be shot, but if you look around you will find even better frames.
Certain things are impossible to not be photographed properly, like this Golden Temple in Japan. That golden colour with those trees around make it a perfect place for travel pictures.
Nature also gives us the chance to whatever you use, your picture will look good. Especially when you bring together blue waters, sand and rocks. The Great Ocean Road is full of all that along several kilometres. So if you didn't bring or just don't have a camera, take your phone out and start taking pictures.
