This is the first piece of reloading equipment I have been excited to try and review in a long time!
It is the SoCals Bully Mag-P for large pistol. It is a bullet feed adapter for your progressive reloading press.
First impressions, it is vary well built C&C machined aluminum. Comes in 3 variations to mount to the bullet feed die of your choice. I ordered the Hornady version for large pistol 40 S&W and 45ACP.
I can’t give a full function review yet. Because my 40 die won’t be here till Tuesday, and I don’t have any 45 bullets. The Mag-P holds one hundred-fifty 165gr plated 40 S&W bullets. The Bully Mag-P should speed up my loading by approximately 30%! Plus no crushed fingers.
Cost of this shipped to my door $71.
Then $22 at my local Cabellas for the Hornady die.
The next cheapest bulet feeder I have found is $180, that’s a hell of a savings!
