Today I decided that my biggest responsibility was finding a comfortable spot by the pool and doing absolutely nothing for a while. 😂 And honestly, I think I succeeded.
There are days when my mind is full of plans. I think about university, studying chemistry, what my life might look like a few years from now, and all the things I need to do to get there. 🧪 But I’m realizing that I can't spend every day worrying about the next step.
Sometimes I need days like this too.
A little sun, cool water, my favorite sunglasses, and enough time to just relax without checking the clock every five minutes. I even sat at the edge for a while before getting into the water because apparently I needed a photo first. 😅
The future can wait until tomorrow. Today I'm enjoying the present, the sunshine, and this little break from everything. 💙
