When I say theoretical approach and effects of labor and indirect costs, I am referring to informality, understood as licit economic activities that do not comply with government regulations, is a topic that has been attracting the attention of economists and researchers due to the high levels reached in developing countries.

In other words, the process costing system is used to calculate unit costs of products manufactured through a continuous production process. The process costing system is feasible in operations in which each unit of finished product demands essentially the same amount of raw materials, labor and indirect costs.
