As you all know, these days we are busy with wedding preparations and family celebrations. The day before yesterday, we attended a Walima (wedding reception). During the event, Abbas Bhai sent me a message asking when I would be free.
I replied that, InshaAllah, I would be free by the evening and would come home. He then asked me to visit him after closing my shop.
At around 10:30 PM, I messaged him again, and he told me that he and Raza Bhai were together and that I should come over.
When we finally got together that evening, we spent some time chatting and catching up. After a while, we decided to refresh our old memories by playing Ludo! 🎲😄
The laughter and jokes we shared during the game took away all the tiredness I had accumulated throughout the day. It was a wonderful way to relax after such a busy day.
We played a total of three games, and the competition was quite intense. Alhamdulillah, I won all three games! Abbas Bhai lost one game, while Razaullah Bhai lost the other two. 😂🎉
Of course, winning and losing are part of the game, but the happiness, peace, and comfort we experience while sitting together with friends are truly priceless. Nothing can replace the joy of spending quality time with people who make us feel relaxed and happy.
Then, yesterday, I received another call from my relatives. They informed me that some guests would arrive around 5 PM and asked me to attend a family gathering. So, once again, I had to make time to attend the family invitation.
These days have been quite busy with wedding celebrations and family commitments, but Alhamdulillah, these occasions also bring happiness and give us opportunities to spend precious time with our loved ones.
InshaAllah, tomorrow will be the last day of these family gatherings. After that, I will be able to give my full time and attention to my shop again, by the grace of Allah. 🤲❤️
Life is all about maintaining a balance between work, family, and friends. Sometimes, a little laughter and a few moments spent with good friends are all we need to make a tiring day memorable.
