Every day brings us new opportunities to learn something and move forward in life. Sometimes our day goes very well, while at other times, we face a few difficulties.
Today has been a little unusual for me. I have been feeling a strange sense of sadness and disappointment throughout the day. I also have a very severe headache.
Alhamdulillah, I had enough sleep, and nothing unusual happened during the day that could explain why I was feeling this way. Sometimes, we feel low without any clear reason, and I think this is just one of those days.
When I was going to offer my Isha prayer, I met Yaseen Bhai on the way. He runs a milk and yogurt shop.
I had a glass of milk at his shop, and he advised me to take a Disprin tablet for my headache.
I hope and pray that this feeling goes away soon and that I feel better again.

عیشاء کی نماز پڑھنے کے لیے جا رہا تھا،تو راستے میں یاسین بھائی ملے جن کے دودھ دہی کی دکان ہے ـ
ان سے دودھ کا گلاس پیا ـ
اور پھر انہوں نے مشورہ دیا کہ ڈسپرین کی گولی کھائیں-
اللہ پاک سے دعا ہے کہ اللہ پاک ہم سب کو صحت مند خوشحالی والی زندگی عطا فرمائے
