They are mushrooms that invade a rectangular wooden block. But I'm not talking about mushrooms and what species they are.
For me, the photos are enough to explain a philosophy. A piece of wood so hard that even nails had to be knocked with a hammer before it could penetrate. But those mushrooms which are so soft grow so freely on it.
I relate those photos to the Covid-19 pandemic that is befalling humanity in the world today. How weak we are before them. A nation, even the superpowers must kneel to face the invasion of a virus that threatens the extinction of mankind.
