Crab spiders have deadly jaws, just like other types of spiders. They frequently ambush pollinators perched on flowers while their potential prey is sucking nectar.
And this is a white crab spider of the genus Thomisus. To be specific, the Thomisus labefactus species.
Based on the features of her fat abdomen, this one looks like a female.
Because it frequently ambushes and preys on flowers, it is also known as the flower crab spider.
