Turn your kitchen oven to 180 degrees to preheat. Then place the mixture in a bowl and in this, with a juice strainer, begin to strain the wheat flour together with the baking powder to eliminate the lumps, as you add the flour to the mixture, beating with a manual mixer in one direction until all the flour is finished. You should have a creamy dough that when lifting the whisk you can form figures with it and pour your dough into a previously greased and floured tray.

Take the cake dough to the oven for about 45 minutes, halfway through cooking, lower the temperature a little to about 160 degrees until the cake begins to brown. After this time, open your oven and prick your cake with a toothpick, if the toothpick comes out clean, it will be ready, if not, leave your cake in the oven for a longer time.
