When_ever we said "I don't have time I have to do xyz anything" , it doesn't mean we are so busy. It means we are providing our time for something else based on our priority and interest. Our interest and priority decides what we have to do first . By saying "Im too busy" we just said indirectly we don't have time for the things in which we are not interested or it is beyond our priority right now.
