As my daughter is at home and I finished my work for the week, we started making her witch hat for carnival next week.

The pattern is for sewing but we decided to make a hat with paper as thick felt we found at a hand craft store was made of synthetic fiber and my daughter may not be able to wear it for long as she grows up.
She was happy to wear it time by time.
Her black dress is almost ready. Few more things to do until Carnival 😊
今日は子どもが家にいて、私は今週の仕事が終わったので、来週のカーニバルで使う魔女の帽子を一緒に作りを始めました。
型紙はインターネットで探しました。

縫製用の型紙ですが、手芸店で見つけた厚手のフェルトが化学繊維だったのと、子どもの成長ははやいのですぐに被れなくなってしまうのとで、紙で作ることにしました。
ほぼ完成、思った通りの見た目にできあがったのでほっと一息です。
黒いドレスもあとは襟ぐりの見返しをつけてボタンをつければ完成です。カーニバルまであと少し。楽しいカーニバルになるといいですね 😊
