Since last month I have been creating vegetable graphics in Japanese traditional Ukiyoe style and mint them as NFTs with a hope to finance my plant related activities such as working for community garden, saving seeds, writing about plants, introducing plants as food etc.
I work with Bing Image Creator, an AI by Microsoft based on DALL-E developed by OpenAI. So far, I mint one NFT a day. 23 NFTs are there on OpenSea. I must start a collection on NFT Showroom too 😊

I like all the vegetables but my recent favorite is this heavenly drawn artichokes. The pink background and the monster-ish artichokes bring you to a trip.
I made postcards out of the NFT and sold at a local market last weekend. Three postcards were sold. I enjoyed talking to likeminded people who likes vegetables and are interested in the design with AI. No one talked about NFT though. And I got an offer to exhibit the graphics in an exhibition space 🥳
I enjoy my new daily routine to make a vegetable graphic with the AI and mint a NFT. I try to continue making until #99. I wonder I run out of veggies to make into NFTs. I'll see.

この一ヶ月ほどAIと作り続けている浮世絵野菜のNFTの話をどのコミュニティにしようと考えて、ふと子供とモンスターを投稿しているAlien Art Hiveを思い出しました。エイリアンアートのコミュニティなので、モンスターライクな野菜を厳選しました 😁
結構できるんですよ、モンスターな感じのが。初期のお気に入りはゼブラシリーズです。全部縞にならなくていいのにAIが全部縞にしやがって・・・気に入っています。こういう驚きが楽しくてAI使うの好きです。

あとは、それ存在しないだろ的なのも平気で作ってぺろーんと置いていきます。ラディッシュそこに赤いのつかないだろ、ネギは二連のがあるし・・・でも好きです。

あとはもともとがモンスターっぽくてそこまでモンスターみがないのですが、このアーティチョークと背景のピンクのヘブンな感じを見てください。トリップに連れて行ってくれそうです w 最近の一番のお気に入りで、Heavenly Veggies というコレクションを作りたくなりました。
どうせならハガキにして身近な人たちからフィードバックをもらいたいなと3種類少量印刷してみました。自分で言うのもなんですが、うーん、紙に印刷するといいですね！
マーケットでは3枚売れて、お客さんと野菜やAIを使ったデザインの話をできて楽しかったです。あと、ギャラリースペースで展示しない？という話もいただいて、うきうきです。毎日夕方に野菜のNFTを作るのが日課になりつつあります。はてさて、どうなることでしょう。
