Ikhlas is the spirit of practice for every Muslim, but if someone does a lot of practice but has not got what you want, know that there is a problem in his little heart, one of the problems is not sincere or hopeful of human praise and world benefits. Every thing is there the sign then sincerely also has a sign as stated by the Sufi cleric Zinnun al-Misri quote in the book Tibyatul fi Adabi Hallati Quran page 22-23 by Imam Nawawi.
