These are ashitaba plants. Ashitaba is a herbal plant that originated in Japan. They used these herbal plants as medicine. I've been using this plant as a medicine too. I usually eat it raw in the morning. There was a time I had vertigo and I ate 3 pieces of ashitaba leaves every day in the morning for two weeks. Then I've noticed that after eating ashitaba leaves I haven't experienced dizziness ever since. So I highly recommend that you try this herbal plant because it's very effective.
