*Greetings to everyone in this community. Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the holidays. The weather has been quite chilly lately and it's hard to muster up the courage to get things done.I have a lot of pending work but I find myself procrastinating and wasting my time instead of focusing.
But i believe that's the part of life too.Sometimes we just need to slow down so with thay motivation i am just crocheting in the warmth of my bed and staying cozy without going anywhere.
So today i wanted to learn a new pattern instead of making something i knew earlier so i learned to make daisy granny square which can be used as a base for alot of projects.I have a big collection of yarn of different colors so I choose the colours I love the most and made two granny squares.
You must be thinking why i made two granny squares with same pattern?Actually the reason behind this happening is i messed up the first granny square.I missed a stitch and my granny square turned out a bit deformed so i made another one which was perfect.
So let me tell you the things you need and procedure to make this granny square.*
1)Yarn
2)crochet hook (3mm)
3)stitch marker
Step 1
Firstly i started by making the base of flower with the orange yarn. The pattern I followed is
Chain 3
12 Dc
Step 2
Then i started making the petals of the flower. The yarn i used for this part is white.
The pattern i followed is
Chain 4
2TC(triple crochet)
Then 3TC and ch2 in every stitch.
Step 3
In the next step I made the granny square around the flower. The pattern I followed is
Ch4,2TC
3DC in next two stitches
Then 3TC,ch2,3TC in the same space
Then repeat the pattern until last stitch and do 3TC only.
This is the final result.I think i turned out good.I loved this pattern so much and i want to make something from this pattern.
Hope you guys also loved it.Feel free to share your opinions with me.They matters alot to me.
Anyways that's all from my side.
See you next time.
