The idea behind this project is to create a double layered public blockchain ecosystem and at the heart of this endeavor is the ERC20 based UNOC token. The main goal of this new token is to solve the current problems in the blockchain world. Namely scalability, to drastically increase the transaction speed and decentralization, to make the new currency as save as possible from influences by unwanted third parties. Their technology implements sharding, a double layered blockchain, super nodes and of course smart contracts. And with this technology mix the project wants to reach up to 100.000 transactions per second. According to their white paper the testnet will go live in April 2020 and in November of 2020 the current ERC20 based token will be swapped to their native blockchain solution.
