MISSES A GREAT OPPORTUNITY DUE TO DEPRESSION, TRUE STORY PIERDE UNA GRAN OPORTUNIDAD POR CULPA DE LA DEPRESION, HISTORIA REAL

Carla trabaja planchando ropa ajena la cual le pagan por pieza no es mucho pero la misma lo hace solo 3 veces a la semana es el único trabajo que por los momentos tiene y es que a raíz de la pandemia que sacudió al mundo Carla no pudo conseguir más trabajo al mundo que los trabajo que tienen ya le pagan mucho menos de lo que habitualmente recibía y es que una de sus jefas de 3 trabajos que tenía ahora solo le quedo 1, por ende también se le dificultaba mucho el pagarle a Carla.

En uno de sus trabajos su jefa la recomienda con otra chica pero esta vez para limpiar una casa la misma era muy grande y se necesitaban de varias personas para asearla ya que la señora le gustaba que la misma fuera limpiada en un día y no en varios.

Carla se despertó temprano fue hasta donde Amaranta que era su nueva empleadora allí se le hicieron una preguntas las cuales fueron por pura política ya que Amaranta sabía quién era Carla y de donde venía, y sobretodo que tenía un niño con discapacidad y una niña a quien mantener ella solita.

Carla works ironing other people's clothes which pays her by the piece is not much but she only does it 3 times a week is the only job she has at the moment and because of the pandemic that shook the world Carla could not get more work in the world that the jobs they have already pay much less than what she usually received and one of her bosses of 3 jobs she had now only had 1 left, therefore it was also very difficult for her to pay Carla.

In one of her jobs, her boss recommended her to another girl, but this time to clean a house that was very big and needed several people to clean it, since the lady liked it to be cleaned in one day and not in several.

Carla woke up early and went to Amaranta who was her new employer and there she was asked some questions which were purely political since Amaranta knew who Carla was and where she came from, and above all that she had a handicapped child and a girl to support on her own

Le presento a sus compañeras de trabajo una que cocinaba que se llamaba Grecia y la otra chica que limpiaba la segunda planta llamada María, al presentarse se cayeron bien ya que estas se veían chicas humildes y chéveres al trato.

Carla tenía que ir 2 veces a la semana y es que no podía limpiar todo en un día, a pesar de que llegaba a las 7:30 am y se retiraba 6 pm casi 12 horas limpiando el primer piso, pero es que este tenía demasiados adornos y eso le llevaba mucho tiempo ya que tenía que quitar cada uno lavarlos y luego volver a colocarlos en su puesto cada uno de ellos después limpiar los 2 baños de abajo que tenían muchos productos de higiene personal y cada uno grande con jacuzzi incluido cada uno, también una sala con su juego de mueble que tenía que lavar todas las semanas con productos especiales, no podemos obviar que tenía la mitad de sus piso en madera y esta tenía que limpiar de una manera profesional la cual se le fue enseñando poco a poco.

Carla estaba feliz porque bueno su pago a pesar de no ser el mejor le daban comida hecha para que llevara a su y esto le gustaba porque allí se ahorraba un dinero aunque esto le costara dejar a sus hijos con una vecina o solos por varias horas pero o era eso o era pasar necesidades? Así que

Carla tenía que armarse de valor eh ir a trabajar y salir hacia adelante.

Si tuviera que describir a Carla lo pudiera hacer con una frase y sería buena persona, y esta mujer a pesar de las vicisitudes que ha vivido es buena, no tiene malicia lo que si tiene es mucha sinceridad en sus palabras, ya que es como dicen ahora sin filtros, a veces esto puede ser bueno pero otras no tanto, así que ella por esa forma de ser no siempre le va tan bien.

Pero a pesar de ello, siempre ha podido conseguir algo para darles a sus hijos, que son la luz de sus ojos.

He introduced her to her coworkers, one of them was a cook named Grecia and the other was a girl who cleaned the second floor called Maria, when they introduced themselves they liked each other because they seemed humble and nice to deal with.

Carla had to go twice a week because she could not clean everything in one day, even though she arrived at 7:30 am and left at 6 pm: 30 am and left 6 pm almost 12 hours cleaning the second floor, but this had too many ornaments and that took a long time because she had to remove each one wash them and then put them back in place each one of them then clean the 2 bathrooms downstairs that had many personal hygiene products and each one big with jacuzzi included each one, also a living room with its set of furniture that she had to wash every week with special products, we can't forget that she had half of her floor in wood and she had to clean it in a professional way which she was taught little by little.

Carla was happy because her pay even though it was not the best, they gave her ready made food to take to her home and she liked it because she saved money even if it meant leaving her children with a neighbor or alone for several hours but it was either that or she was in need? So Carla had to get up the courage to go to work and get ahead.

If I had to describe Carla I could do it with a phrase and it would be good person, and this woman despite the vicissitudes she has lived is good, she has no malice what she does have is a lot of sincerity in her words, as they say now without filters, sometimes this can be good but sometimes not so much, so she for that way of being does not always go so well.

But in spite of this, she has always been able to get something to give to her children, who are the light of her eyes.

Día a día va a su trabajo con una sonrisa, aunque no lo puedo negar habían días que por supuesto no eran tan buenos ya que ella al ver a su hijo allí en la camita y dejarlo solo le daba un poco de dolor pero lastimosamente tenía que hacerlo por el bien de ellos.

Ya tenía 3 meses trabajando con la señora Amaranta y se sentía cómoda ya que la señora estaba satisfecha con el trabajo llevado a cabo por Carla y la casa le estaba quedando como a Amaranta le gustaba, sin conocerlos Amaranta ya se había encariñado con los hijos de Carla y es que saber y ver que una mujer sola echaba para adelante con sus hijos hacían un sentimiento de admiración inmenso, pero un día empezaron las cosas a fallar lastimosamente.

Y es que las otras dos compañeras de ella al ver que su afinidad entre la señora Amaranta y Carla era cada vez más fuerte empezaron hacer ciertas cosas para dañarla hasta empezaron hablar mal de ella, con la señora Amaranta.

Day by day she goes to work with a smile, although I can not deny that there were days that of course were not so good because seeing her son there in bed and leaving him alone gave her a little pain but unfortunately she had to do it for their sake.

She already had 3 months working with Mrs. Amaranta and she felt comfortable since the lady was satisfied with the work carried out by Carla and the house was looking as Amaranta liked, without knowing them Amaranta had already become attached to Carla's children and to know and see that a single woman was moving forward with her children made a feeling of immense admiration, but one day things began to fail pitifully.

And it is that the other two companions of her to see that their affinity between Mrs. Amaranta and Carla was getting stronger and stronger began to do certain things to harm her until they began to speak ill of her, with Mrs. Amaranta.

Empezaron a decirle que ella era muy grosera, que su forma de ser no quedaba acorde con el sitio donde estaba, y que no era bueno seguir teniéndola ya que había faltado varias veces al trabajo,(por citas médicas de su hijo) y que así no se podía seguir teniendo ya que no tenía a veces la casa al día y eso atrasaba todo, sin contar que se la pasaba pidiendo comida, (solo la que sobraba del almuerzo) entre otras cosas, todo esto hacía pensar un poco a la señora Amaranta y es que si a veces Carla hablaba un poco fuerte y es que así era su forma de ser.

Varias días después las chicas por no darle la comida que sobraba a Carla preferían botarla, y muchas veces botar en la sala cualquier tipo de líquidos para que Carla tuviera que volver a limpiar, esto Carla lo empezó a notar, ya que era ella quien botaba la basura y veía como se iba en ella comida, y muchas veces era hasta 1 kilo de carne ya que allí no se guardaba nada para el día siguiente, esto hacia que Carla se pusiera triste porque no entendía porque ya no se la daba.

Several days later the girls did not give Carla the leftover food, they preferred to throw it away, and many times they would throw any kind of liquid in the living room so that Carla would have to clean it again, Carla began to notice this, since she was the one who threw away the garbage and saw how the food went into it, and many times it was up to 1 kilo of meat since nothing was kept there for the next day, this made Carla sad because she did not understand why she did not give it to her anymore.

Hasta que un día hablo con una de sus compañeras la cocinera y le dijo, ¿Por qué no me das como antes lo que sobra del almuerzo? A lo que respondió, porque ya no se puede y aparte se me olvida, todo esto también comenzó a suceder justo en el momento en el la señora Amanta se fue de viaje por un asunto de trabajo por 4 meses, los cuales para Carla fueron muy difíciles en esa casa sobrellevarlos bien.

Todo esto hacia que Carla llegara a su casa con hijos de un humor muy fuerte y feo es que el estrés ya la estaba consumiendo y es que le costaba entender por qué todo estaba empezando a cambiar, al punto de cada noche a eso de las 12 am, en su cama que compartía junto con su hijo se daba media vuelta dándole la espalda para poder llorar y sacar un poco de ese dolor, esto ya llevaba haciéndolo un 2 meses y ya se estaba cansando.

Al momento de llegar la señora Amaranta, Carla estaba en la casa limpiando los baños.

All this made Carla arrive home with her children in a very strong and ugly mood, the stress was already consuming her and it was hard for her to understand why everything was beginning to change, to the point that every night at about 12 am, in her bed that she shared with her son, she would turn around and turn her back to him to cry and get some of that pain out, this had already been doing it for 2 months and she was getting tired of it.

When Mrs. Amaranta arrived, Carla was in the house cleaning the bathrooms.

Es llamada por su jefa que la quiere ver para entregarle un pequeño presente traído de su viaje de trabajo, eran una medicinas para su bebe Carlos ya que Amaranta sabía que esa medicación era muy costosa, así que se la regalo, esto puso muy contenta a Carla ya que no podía negar que era un gesto muy bonito de la señora hasta hizo que Carla llorara al frente de ella de la emoción que sintió, después de la entrega hablaron un rato de temas normales pero allí Carla aprovecho a pesar de la emoción para hablar con la señora Amaranta y decirle que quería renunciar que ya no podía seguir trabajando con ella.

Lo que sorprendió muchísimo Amaranta ya que para ella era algo que no entendía, y le pregunto qué pasa Carla porque te me quieres ir? Carla se quedó un rato en silencio pensando en todo lo que podría perder si se iba pero ya estaba empezando a sufrir de depresión por lo que estaba pasando ya la verdad tenía que pensar en sus hijos y salud porque recordemos que para trabajar acá tenía que casi siempre dejar a sus bebes solos, y ahora llegaba casi todos los días llorando a casa lo que le estaba empezando afectar su salud emocional, Carla después de este silencio le respondió a la señora Amaranta, que no podía seguir porque sus bebes los dejaba mucho solos, y eso ya le estaba pegando a ella.

She is called by her boss who wants to see her to give her a small present brought from her work trip, it was a medicine for her baby Carlos since Amaranta knew that this medication was very expensive, so she gave it to her as a gift, This made Carla very happy because she could not deny that it was a very nice gesture from the lady, she even made Carla cry in front of her because of the emotion she felt, after the delivery they talked for a while about normal topics but there Carla took advantage of the emotion to talk to Amaranta and tell her that she wanted to resign because she could no longer continue working with her.

This surprised Amaranta very much because for her it was something she did not understand, and she asked her what is going on, Carla, why do you want to leave? Carla was silent for a while thinking about everything she could lose if she left, but she was beginning to suffer from depression because of what she was going through, she had to think about her children and her health because she had to leave her babies alone almost every day to work here, and now she was coming home crying almost every day, which was beginning to affect her emotional health, Carla after this silence answered Amaranta that she could not continue because she left her babies alone a lot, and that was already affecting her.

Amaranta le dijo, no podemos llegar a un acuerdo? Carla a vos la necesito acá, vos trabajas bien, eres eficiente en lo que lo que haces cada cosa que te pido lo haces sin quejas y eso en una persona ayudante del hogar es muy importante, es más si quieres puedes tomarte unos días de reposo y luego vuelves toma esos días para que compartas con tus hijos que yo sé que también te necesitan pero también necesitan de este dinero que yo te pago.

Eso puso a pensar en pocos minutos muchas cosas a Carla entre ellas, que también es cierto que necesita ese dinero porque con ello puede cubrir un poco lo costoso de las medicinas de niño, pero también era cierto que sus compañeras de trabajo ya no la querían allí, por envidia o por su forma de ser que ella sabía no era nada sencilla, y a todo eso también hay que sumarle que habían días que dejaba a sus hijos solos por querer ir a trabajar y darles un futuro un poco mejor, estaba confundida, así que prefirió tomarle su palabra a la señora Amaranta y tomarse unos días libres.

Amaranta said, "Can't we come to an agreement? Carla, I need you here, you work well, you are efficient in what you do, everything I ask you to do, you do it without complaints and that is very important for a household helper, moreover if you want you can take a few days off and then come back, take those days to share with your children, I know they also need you but they also need this money that I pay you.

That made Carla think many things in a few minutes, among them, that it is also true that she needs that money because with it she can cover a little of the cost of the child's medicines, but it was also true that her coworkers no longer wanted her there, because of envy or because of her way of being, which she knew was not at all simple, and to all this we must also add that there were days when she left her children alone because she wanted to go to work and give them a better future, she was confused, so she preferred to take Mrs. Amaranta at her word and take a few days off.

Solo tomo 3 días para durante esos días pensar que hacer, ella sabía lo que podía perder si salía de ese trabajo pero tenía pensar mucho más en sus dos hijos que la necesitaban y el estar en la casa de la señora Amaranta le llevaba casi todo el día, sin contar que ya ese trabajo le afectaba a su salud emocional, estaba empezando a sufrir de depresión.

Así que al pasar los 3 días se despertó muy temprano para ir a la casa de la señora Amaranta y hablar con ella.
Llego a la casa de su jefa se puso a lavar los baños para luego subir a su oficina que tenía en la casa, toco la puerta, entro se puso hablar con la señora Amaranta y allí le dijo que ya no podía seguir trabajando para ella que le agradecía muchísimo el trabajo que era muy bueno pero no podía seguir en el por asuntos personales.

It only took her 3 days to think about what to do, she knew what she could lose if she left that job but she had to think much more about her two children who needed her and being at Mrs. Amaranta's house took her most of the day, not to mention that the job was already affecting her emotional health, she was beginning to suffer from depression.

So after three days she woke up very early to go to Mrs. Amaranta's house and talk to her.

He arrived at his boss's house, started to wash the bathrooms and then went up to his office in the house, knocked on the door, went in and started talking to Mrs. Amaranta and there he told her that he could no longer continue working for her, he thanked her very much for the job, it was very good but he could not continue working for her due to personal matters.

La señora Amaranta intento hacerla cambiar de opinión pero no pudo ya Carla estaba decidida a irse y estar con sus hijos y cambiar un poco ese estado de ánimo que empezaba a sentir mal por culpa de sus compañeras de trabajo, y también porque nunca Carla busco de vengarse o decirle a la señora Amaranta lo que hacías y es que ella también pensaba que nada pasaría ya que estas chicas tenían mucho tiempo en esa casa así que no cree que las fueran a votar o algo, así que ella cree que fue mejor retirarse por la puerta grande a seguir pasando por momentos incomodos y difíciles.

Ese día Carla llego a su casa muy decaída por lo que había pasado pero tranquila porque estaría con sus hijos y eso la llenaba de tranquilidad y paz.

Este post que hoy comparto con ustedes lo escribí basándome en una historia real que se me fue contada en cierto momento y la quise plasmar acá para que puedan ver que muchas veces el mismo ser humano puede llegar a ser muy cruel con el prójimo hasta con aquel que por necesidad extrema necesite un dinero y este se lo quiera ganar honradamente.

That day Carla arrived home very down because of what had happened but calm because she would be with her children and that filled her with tranquility and peace.
This post that I share with you today was written based on a true story that was told to me at a certain moment and I wanted to capture it here so that you can see that many times the same human being can be very cruel to others, even to those who by extreme necessity need money and want to earn it honestly.
