This is one of my favorite food in Serrano Bar at Morongo Casino and Spa! I always crave for this dish, it’s called, ‘Salted Shrimp!’ I love to eat this with plain white rice. Lately, it disappeared, after they renovated the place. My favorite Prime Rib Steak, disappeared too. They have all new menu! I was so sad! And one day, I visited the newly renovated Soboba Casino and Resort, and ate in one of the restaurant outlet, and lo and behold! I saw the same ‘Salted Shrimp’ in the menu! I ordered to see if it’s good as the one I had in Serrano Bar, and I was so surprised! I found the exact favorite dish I had. I called the waiter and asked who the chef was, and where he worked before, coz I knew it’s the same chef in Serrano Bar, and I told the waiter to tell him how I love his dish. I asked him if the chef worked formerly with Morongo Casino Resort, and he told me that he actually was from there! And this Soboba Casino hired him! I was so glad, I found my favorite dish! The Prime Rib Steak, still have to research where the chef went! It will surely take me to every Casino to find this chef! 😂 Have a blessed day to all of you my dear steemians!
