There are so many Korean dishes I love, including bibimbap and jajangmyeon. I can't remember the last time I ate these two. It must have been a long time, because the past few years have felt like I've been far from anything related to Korea—especially South Korea. So, yesterday I suddenly had a craving for bibimbap. The main reason was because I didn't feel like leaving the house and wanted something complete, like meat, vegetables, and a sunny-side-up egg. So I chose bibimbap. I ordered it on a food app and waited about 30 minutes. For online ordering, I felt like this bibimbap wasn't that expensive. They were celery, Egg sunny-side, meat, carrot, and cucumber. So I have complete menu. This portion is mine, it’s middle, not big not small. Then I get the sauce like Kimchi, pickles, but I don’t know the black one, I think that was the black soybeans. If you see it in dramas, they will mix all the ingredients together. It's like mixed rice. Bap means rice and bibim may be like mixed. I'm not sure, but yeah, it means mixed rice.
