Hey Wassup?
So in this blog, I am gonna take you to Mushkpuri Peak which is located in the upper region of Dunga Gali, Pakistan.
Mushkpuri top is the highest peak in that region with a height of 2800meters or 9200ft. We did this peak in winters, so it took almost 3hours as the trek was totally covered with snow. However, it normally takes 50-60minutes in summer when there is no snow.
So I woke up at around 8 O鈥檆lock in the morning. We planned last night to visit Mushkpuri Peak as we had never been to that place. It was cold outside, so I took bath with hot water. After taking bath, I wore warm clothes and a jacket. I along with my brother went to the cafe and ate breakfast.
After that, we started our journey on bike.
I called my cousin and he told me that they will join us on the fuel station. We reached at fuel station, refilled our bike tanks and started our journey.
My cousins joined us too while on our journey towards Mushkpuri Peak. We started our ride.
As it was cold enough, so we didn鈥檛 take out our mobiles from our pockets. However, I captured some videos. But we didn鈥檛 stop in the way because we were saving our time as we got late. The roads were wet due to the melting of snow.
The views were amazing and extraordinary. The road was scenic and some mountains were having snow at their top.
After 3hours of continuous ride, we reached at the entrance of trek at almost 1:45pm. We parked our bikes, took our tickets at the entrance and started our hike.
The trek was completely covered with snow having more than 3ft of snow.
The people who were coming back from the top warned us not to go as the trek was so difficult and some told us to go to see the view. But we were determined to, so we decided that we must go to the top.
However, we faced many difficulties while on our way but we didn鈥檛 lose our heart. Our continued our trekking. The views along the trek were so perfect. We enjoyed our trekking.
There was much rush at the sharp turns of trek as people were stuck there.
My hands were freezed and swelled due to the cold. I was rubbing them to avoid cold but they were swelled badly. While on our way to Mushkpuri top, we met an Uncle from our city, Sialkot.馃槃
We had a good and crazy conversation with him. They raised our morale and took us with him at the top.
The views were amazing as we getting closed to top.
After 2.5hours of trekking, we reached the Mushkpuri Top.
We were amazed to see the beauty of the Top.
All the peaks were covered with snow and we felt like we reached the North Pole as there was snow everywhere.
We stayed there for 30minutes. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and weather, captured some pics, and created memories.
Now we started our hike towards back.
It was getting dark and the trek was difficult to cover in night. We were slipping badly because our socks were wet and we had to go downwards. We reached back in 45minutes at the entrance. We were hungry but we planned that we will eat dinner at the university in order to save our time. We stopped at a fuel station and refilled our bikes.
So we started our ride and reached back to University in 2hours.
It was an amazing tour and we enjoyed alot.
