Yesterday, I went to the beach with the family. I was thinking of going for most of the summer. My brother and sisters already went a few times, it's only me and my father who didn't go to the beach this year. Luckily, we fixed that yesterday. (الحمد لله) We went to the beach for a few hours after the Friday Prayer with some of our relatives. We stayed there until Night.
I didn't swim but I enjoyed going around the beach. Swimming isn't my favorite part after all. Breathing the salty air, and watching the waves is what I wanted to visit the beach for. I had plenty of both on this visit.
Since our relatives were with us, we had to go back home at the same time. I didn't expect we'd stay there for the night. I got my fill of the beach a few hours in, so I had to be creative in how I spent time when it started getting dark. (I read some ebooks.) Luckily, I didn't forget to take a photo of the Sunset.
We took a bunch of photos, but I don't like posting my photos online. Privacy is one of the reasons, though I'm uncomfortable of sharing mine either way. So there won't be people in the photos I share.
Here are some of the photos I took:
By the time we reached home, I was too tired to do anything. We ate our night meal near the beach so I took to sleep rather quickly. It was an enjoyable day and I now feel more energetic for the days to come.
Going to the beach was a nice distraction from the ever-decreasing prices of cryptocurrency lately. Did you distract yourself with something too?
Salam (Peace)
