I am going to describe the molecular level in organism.
MOLECULAR LEVEL:
In living organism the bioelements normally do not occur in isolated form but they combine through ionic or covalent bonding .The stable particles formed by such bonding is called molecule.
An organism consist of hundred of different biomolecules.
Biomolecules are classified as
1)Micromolecules
2)Macromolecules
1)Micromolecules
The biomolecules having lower molecular weight are called micromolecules.
e.g Water,Glucose
2)Macromolecules
The molecules having high molecular weight are called macromolecules.
e.g Starch,Protein,Lipid
