Linear Motion

I am going to describe the linear motion .As motion is change of position of body with respect to observer .It may be translatory ,Rotatory and vibratory.Translatory motion is motion of a body along a line witout rotation.The line may straight or curve.

LINEAR MOTION:

                           The straight line translatory motion of body is called linear motion.

e.g

1. A car moving in a straight level road
2. Aeroplane flying  straight in air
3. Objects falling vertically down 
4. Running on straight road
