- 1/2 jengibre
- 1 rama de canela
- 1taza de leche de coco
- 1 cdta. de pimienta molida
- 1 cdta. de aceite de coco
- 1 turmeric root
- 1/2 ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
Preparación - Preparation:
Lo primero es hacer la leche de coco. Saqué su agua, corte, retire la pulpa y cortadita junto con su agua la licué.

Colé y con la ayuda de mis manos exprimí el residuo del coco, reservando la leche.
