I know BREXIT is best for England, but I must admit that I do not understand what the hold up is. My view at this time says the hold up is political, but as an American, I do not fully understand what is delaying the BREXIT.

At the time of the EU Referendum all parties, except for UKIP - UK Independence Party - were for Remain. They were so confident that the result would be an emphatic Remain and were shocked/stunned when the result was for Leave.

So with over two thirds of the MPs in the House Of Commons being still for Remain, it is little wonder that Brexit deal has not been done. In fact they have been, in my opinion, trying extremely hard to override this democratic result ie Leave.

One party, The Liberal Democrats, have still consistently campaigned for Remain, citing that the public did not know what they voted for and have now changed their mind. In fact, they have recently said that if elected that they will overturn the decision, ie ignore the Leave result, and revoke Article 50.

Our political system is broken!
