I still have hope that this time will be different, people will be held accountable (thrown in jail). But each time corruption is uncovered and no one held accountable, then my hope fades a little more.

I know BREXIT is best for England, but I must admit that I do not understand what the hold up is. My view at this time says the hold up is political, but as an American, I do not fully understand what is delaying the BREXIT.
