This lady was not well and not well off. As I age and think of my own children and grandchild, I can understand where her heart was when she wanted to buy the insurance. Her love for her grandson came through. It was very touching, and I was not seeing or hearing the person in front of me. I was regurgitating something I had read somewhere.

That moment has come back to me many times. I appreciate that you understand exactly what I have learned.
