That's why art is different from anything else. We tap into resources that otherwise don't get expression. When I write I use one part of my brain. When I make a collage, it's a completely different experience. Before this community, I never dared to try my hand at art. Well, I did, but the outcome was often embarrassing. Collage gave me freedom. Feels different to create a visual piece (rather than a verbal piece). Those of us who 'get' it are addicted :)
